A vintage sterling silver Helter-Skelter charm. 
This charm certainly takes us back to Fairgrounds past, it’s a perfect representation of a traditional helter-skelter ride that includes detail of two people going down the slide on the outside, and it opens to show a little girl holding her mat ready to enjoy the ride.
