A beautiful vintage 9ct gold diamond & pearl bird charm.
 
This is a rare find, a dear little bird sitting on its nest protecting a cultured pearl ‘egg’. The bird has two sparkling diamond eyes and there is some beautiful detailing to the feathers and nest.
 
This is quite a substantial charm, not large but quite weighty at a little over 8 grams.
 
It is hallmarked for 9ct gold and it dates from the early 1970s.
Comes with a jump ring ready to attach to your bracelet or chain.
