A vintage 18ct gold Pearl-set Heart charm or pendant. 
 
Isn't this beautiful, it has 38 seed pearls set in a warm glowing gold and dates to the early 20thC. It is of hollow (puffed) construction. It would do equally well worn as a pendant. The pearls have good lustre.
 
The gold is unmarked and tests as 18ct gold. This heart charm is in excellent condition for its age.  Comes with a jump ring ready to attach to your bracelet or pendant chain.
